The first output of the Oceantrans project was published in the journal "Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews".
At the beginning of 2019, the paper "Emergence of offshore offshore wind energy: Technology and industry" was published in the journal Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews. This work, co-authored by Nuno Bento and Margarida Fontes, investigates strategies for the construction of technological innovation systems with the objective of moving low-carbon innovations from pilot projects to a commercial scale, using the case study of floating offshore wind technology.
